Use of the aSmile website:

You may not: use any material from the website for commercial purpose nor exploit, republish, sell or rent material from this website.  aSMILE’s expressed permission is required in order to display material from this website in public and to edit any of the information contained in the website. Unsolicited data collection, including but not limited to data mining, scraping extraction and harvesting is not allowed in or on this website. The website cannot be used to send unsolicited communications or for marketing purposes.

Groups/ forums user accounts:

Obtaining a user account at aSMILE is optional and note that you do so at your own risk. Any personal information you provide is voluntary.  To access our user groups and discussion forums you will be obligated to provide a valid email address in order to register for access. The onus is on you to keep your the username and password you create, via our website, private within your own environment.

Although aSMILE takes reasonable steps to ensure your privacy on the website it is recommended that if you use the discussion groups and forums that you do not use your real name, address, personal photographs or other identifying information, only do so if you are aware of the dangers involved and prepared to take the associated risks.

Online harassment, bullying and any other disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and the associated user account/s will be removed from the system. Users are encourage to report any offensive user behaviour.

Any content you submit to the website, including but not limited to, text, audio, video, images, audio-visual, photographs; is done so at your own risk. Any submitted material must not be illegal, offensive or infringe upon other entities or individual’s privacy, copyright or intellectual property rights. aSMILE reserves the right to remove any user content submitted to the website and does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content.
